Add your upcoming competitions and events. For each event, enter the event name, venue, location, and dates. You can manage multiple events at once and track them all from a single dashboard.
Every organization gets a unique submission URL. Share this link with your competitors — they'll use it to access the guided submission form, select their events, and upload their license documents.
As competitors submit their documentation, everything flows into your License Review dashboard. Filter by event, search by competitor name, and view uploaded PDFs — all organized by song, rights type, and submission date.
For each license document, you can approve it, reject it with notes, or assign it to another team member for a second look. Competitors are kept informed of their submission status throughout the process.

Answer three quick yes-or-no questions about how you're using the music — whether you've created custom arrangements, whether your performance tells a story, and whether you've remixed or edited any recordings. Based on your answers, MusiqCheq will outline which types of licenses may be relevant.
If you have proof of licensing, upload your documents directly through the form. Each upload slot is organized by song and rights type so reviewers can find exactly what they need. If you don't have licensing yet, MusiqCheq will guide you on recommended next steps.
Once you submit, you'll receive a confirmation that your documents have been received. Your organization's review team will evaluate your submission and update the status accordingly — approved, pending additional information, or flagged for follow-up.
